We are currently located in Las Vegas, Nevada, with plans to expand nationwide in the future. Our owner and founder, Linda Rosado, has continuing education specializing in strength training in the older adult. Her areas of specialization include senior fitness, working with special populations, and balance training with the emphasis on fall prevention.
